Welcome Back Mikel
Freddie Ljungberg was understandably disappointed after we were beaten by Brighton at Emirates Stadium on Thursday night.
Afterwards, our interim head coach faced the media and discussed the performance, our confidence levels and more.
We're back in Europa League action on Thursday, when we host Vitoria at Emirates Stadium.
In preparation for the game, our first-team squad were hard at work at London Colney on Wednesday.
It was a significant night on Tuesday as we welcomed Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding back into first-team action - while Kieran Tierney made his debut.
All three made a big impression as we beat Nottingham Forest - and Unai Emery praised the trio and believes they will make a big impact.
"It’s amazing news," our head coach said. "It was amazing to see the people’s reaction to Rob Holding, Kieran Tierney and Hector Bellerin, who played his first 15 minutes [at the end].

🏆 Auba is our August Player of the Month
Congratulations to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is our first Player of the Month of the 2019/20 season.
The Gabon international was in fine form throughout August, scoring the only goal of the game as we beat Newcastle on the opening day.
